Tutorial 8 : How to make Simple Goat Milk Soap

Simple Goat Milk Soap

Goat Milk conditions the skin and is highly moisturizing. It contains alpha hydroxy acids such as lactic acid which help remove dead cells from your skin's surface. The process leaves new cells on the surface of your skin that are smoother and younger looking. It also contains many vitamins, but is particularly high in Vitamin A, which is necessary to repair damaged skin tissue, and maintain healthy skin. The cream that is present in goat milk helps boost the moisturizing quality of goat milk soaps.
Just as honey and olive oil, goat milk is a great old time ingredient to keep in your beauty arsenal.
